All our releases are sent via standard mail.
Within the UK this is Royal Mail second class or first class. This usually takes between 1 and 3 working days.
I aim to post your order within 2 working days (unless it's a pre-order obviously)
For orders outside the UK, I use Standard Airmail. This is the cheapest & most reliable service for you and me. And is the one our P&P costs are based upon. I am aware that postage costs to countries outside of Europe are crazy, sadly there is nothing I can do about it. I don't have any sway over the postal service and their pricing structure.
You will notice there's an optional registered mail add on listed in the product pages, please use this if you want to upgrade your package to be sent via registered mail (with tracking etc)
Riot Season is a one man operation, and I don't work 24 hours a day. If you email or place an order, you can usually expect a reply within 48 hours. If it's any longer than that it's a rarity. But I always do my best to be communicative.
